This level is ideal for participants who are starting their NDIS journey or need guidance navigating the system.
Level 2 Support Coordination
For participants with more complex needs, Level 2 provides intensive and ongoing support. Our coordinators work closely with you to develop a comprehensive support plan tailored to your goals and circumstances. This includes hands-on assistance with implementing and monitoring your plan, coordinating services, liaising with providers, and advocating for your needs. We also offer crisis support and assistance accessing specialized services, helping you feel secure, supported, and empowered to achieve meaningful outcomes.
